From the 14 to 16 May 2013 it was held, for the first time in Bologna, the tenth edition of PTE Expo 2013 Exibition and Congress of Technologies, Products and Services for the Elderly. A national showcase on this area, the only exhibition in Italy dedicated to the world of the elderly in every facet. The PTE Expo presented many ideas and opportunities, with new and traditional products and services, projects, ideas and opportunities for discussion and exploration. In this context, the association “Abitare e Anziani” presented, at its own stand, Omniacare, the solution of eResult, finding the interest of many participants. At the same time the first results of the project coordinated by eResult, Altruism, we presented, introducing also the tablet platform developed for the HOST project by BioResult.

On April 24, the Councillor for Economic Development of the Region of Puglia, Loredana Capone, and Sabrina Sansonetti , thepresident of in-house InnovaPuglia, a regional company, presented to the press the winners of the calls “Apulian ICT Living Lab and Pre-Commercial Procurement”. eResult was the winner for the ROBIN project.

For the Education sector of the Region of Puglia, the ROBIN project will develop, in collaboration with PATHS an association for educational psychology, a learning management system platform, interfaced with Tablet PCs, Smartphones and multimedia robotic systems for the production of personalised learning and training content to students who have specific disorders. It is thought in particular for those with dyslexia syndrome, a problem that affects about 350 000 students aged 6 to 19 years, equal to 4-5% of the school population, which is, on average, one student in every class of 20.

eResult attended the XIII National Congress of the Italian Association of Psychogeriatrics, on 18 to 20 April 2013. In the congress, held in Gardone Riviera (BS), the enchanting Lake Garda, eResult presented to the visitors the results of the projects AL.TR.UISM and HOST, showing also the potentials of the Omniacare platform. 

eResult will attend the 57^th National Congress of the Italian Society of Gerontology and Geriatrics, to be held in Milan on November 21 to 24. Eresult will present the results of the OMNIACARE platform for the home rehabilitation of patients suffering from Alzheimer's syndrome with a report titled: "The assisted technology supporting cognitive disability."

Eresult attends the Italian Forum on Ambient Assisted Living (ForItAAL 2012), which will be centered on the use, the effectiveness and the issues related to the new technologies applied to support independent living. On that occasion, together with Bioresult, eResult presents a paper entitled “HOST: Smart technologies for self-service to seniors in social housing“. After the editions of Lecce 2009, Trento in 2010 and the European Forum in Lecce 2011, the third edition of ForItAAL was held in Parma from 17 to 19 October 2012 as one of the series of events planned for the '"European Year for Active Ageing and solidarity between generations. "
